HOW LICENSING WORKS

This Is Not Consultancy. This Is System Adoption.

Excluzee Leadership Services (ELS) licenses governed leadership and service systems.
We do not sell consultancy hours, coaching programmes, or training packages.

Organisations adopt ELS systems to stabilise leadership behaviour, clarify accountability, and reduce service risk.

 

Step 1 — Diagnostic (Mandatory)

Every engagement begins with a paid diagnostic.

The diagnostic:

• Identifies leadership and service risk

• Provides board-level clarity

• Determines appropriate licence scope

No licence is issued without a diagnostic.

 

Step 2 — Governance Decision

Following the diagnostic, the organisation decides whether to:

• Continue managing leadership risk internally, or

• Adopt a governed leadership system under licence

This is a board-level decision, not a development initiative.

 

Step 3 — System Licensing

If approved, the organisation enters into an annual licence agreement granting the right to deploy ELS systems internally.

The licence provides:

• Defined leadership standards

• Governance-aligned review cycles

• System integrity assurance

The licence does not create dependency on ELS.

 

Step 4 — Optional Implementation Support

Where required, time-bound implementation support may be agreed.
This support is designed to end.

The system remains.

 

Step 5 — Annual Review & Renewal

Leadership risk changes over time.

Annual reviews ensure:

• System relevance

• Governance alignment

• Behavioural drift correction

Renewal is based on continued value and compliance.
