ELS operates a licensing-first commercial model aligned with enterprise procurement and board approval processes.

This positions leadership, culture, and service governance as organisational infrastructure — licensed for internal use.

Commercial Structure

Diagnostic (Decision Support)
A paid diagnostic establishes whether a system-level intervention is required and defines scope.

System Deployment (Installation)
A one-off, fixed-scope installation of the ELS Enterprise System™ or selected components.

Enterprise Usage Licence
An annual licence permitting continued internal organisational use of the system.

What the Licence Covers
